Food operations management requires a daily planning, coordination and execution of all food manufacturing operations. This includes overseeing production, logistics, planning, quality control and maintenance of facilities and equipment. But the work includes a lot more functions like cost management, determining efficiencies, wastage, and human assets management. At any point the F&B Operations Manager needs to be able to collate data, produce meaningful reports and communicate the state of the operation to the stakeholders.
